Taking the second half of the trip departure and trip arrival time from the driver's ticket renders this ticket process all but useless for more than half my activity trips.
We have coach/sponsors who drive their teams to their activities. We only pay them for the time they are actually driving (bottoms in the seat). They are paid from their contracts for their coaching time. We also have many trips that are in town that the driver drops off the group and goes back to get them later in the day. We don't pay the driver to sit for the entire day when they are 5 miles from the bus garage and I do not want to enter a trip request for drop-off and another for pick-up. 75% of my trips use the information you deleted from the page. I need a place for the drive time from departure from home to arrival at destination and then from the time they leave the destination to the time they arrive home. Surely I am not the only person who needs this option.
How hard is it to send out an email with proposed changes a couple of weeks before you actually do it so you can get feedback?
I hated it when you added lines that made the ticket two pages, but at least I had the option to tell the printer to only print one page if I didn't need the rest. This driver ticket change is a deal breaker for us. I do not want to research other options but if you don't get that information back on the driver ticket, I don't have a choice. There has got to be a way to adjust the margins and the font size and delete or adjust the box separation space to get the information on one page. Please fix this before school is back in session.
