I've incorporated a system in MD that limits the amount of requestors who can submit work orders. My head custodians are Site Managers and can submit work requests as well as typically 1 - 3 people in the school admin office. Although this seems to contradict the recommendations of the SD folks, I've found that it almost totally eliminated duplicity in work requests. However, because of this, my KPI indicator for work requests submitted through the My School Building portal are low comparatively. I'd like to hear from anyone else who limits requestors.
