I'd love to know how others are keeping up with the information in MD. I'm talking about making sure there is a craft and purpose code, or being certain a work order is assigned to someone. Or dates! Making sure we don't have negative days aged, etc. Every few months I run a detailed work order analysis and sort the various columns and try to fill in the blanks, but I really wish there was a more efficient way and would love to hear from anyone having a system that seems to be working.
