I am my school's administrator for SchoolDude and can view, assign, and print work orders to the necessary people from the Quick Look page.
The one thing that I cannot do from the Quick Look page is see attachments. In order to see an attachment I have to change the view to "List" or change the status to "Work in Progress" go into that page, and then look for the little paperclip symbol on the left of the work order.
I had a requester simply right "Event" in their request. I called them to ask why there was no description of needs but simply the title. They said "there's an attachment that has all the details". This is a frustrating hang up because I should at least be able to see that someone has attached a document to a Work Order when it comes in.
