Once again I am flustered by Problem Type.
Can't turn if off for users until I change all incidents away from that problem type.
Can't get ahead of 2,984 incidents under Problem Type General until users feed it slower than I can remove from it.
Can't change 2,984 incidents by hand, at 5 keystrokes each with pauses in between, and actually have time to resolve incidents for our staff.
WE REALLY NEED A SOLUTION.
Either give us the ability to select a batch of incidents and change the problem type at once, or allow us to turn off problem types only for submitters.
Why would you deny us this convenience? Why would you deem it unnecessary after we have repeatedly said it is?
Why does this not matter?
