Managing The 'Dude was recently added to my job responsibilities, so I was not involved with the initial setup of our districts account. My custodial/HVAC crew is on the brink of a meltdown due to the number of daily emails they receive. Particularly my HVAC lady, who gets an average of 1,500 every night... in the middle of the night. To maintain her sanity, I've temperately turned off her email notification. I'd like to run a daily report for her that includes the event, contact name, Required Maintenance Services with the open ended Service Description. I ran the Advanced Report, but did not find the Service Description. Anyone have a solution?
