Experiencing an issue where some recurring schedules are dropping (blanking) the recurrence pattern. The start date defaults to today and the end date is blank. An error occurs when trying to edit. The only option that we've found is to Renew the schedule and delete the old.
Technical Support has resolved this for us in the past, but now we are seeing this issue again on several old schedules.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue, and/or have a better work-around versus renewing the schedule?
