I’ve recently received some requests to add a KPI for % of Work Orders that have an On-Time Completion (OTC).
As, I’ve looked into our data, most clients don’t use Requested Completion Date or Estimated Completion Date for me to compare that to Actual Completion Date for the calculation.
How would you recommend I track On-Time Completion for Work Orders that don’t have Estimated or Requested Completion Date filled in?
Should I look at the Priority and give a number of days to Complete based on the Priority like the below example?
