I work for a university maintenance & facilities dept. Lots of our maintenance techs are very old fashioned and we have been using paper to record work order labor, parts, etc. We want to move into mobile, to eliminate the extra steps that paperwork creates, decrease "days aged" length of work orders, and increase customer satisfaction.
