When I set up a project I do a main open extended work order that I have been adding transactions to, but in order to be able to upload the backup paperwork for each transaction, we do a separate WO for each transaction. Up till now we have been typing the same info twice, one on the original opened extended project file and again on the individual wo for the transaction. I know that isn't the best way. Is there a way for the work orders to be linked by WO numbers or is it just by project name or budget?
