Each of our Grounds Crew Supervisors will have an iPad so they can keep track of work requests assigned to them. They can certainly put their own hours in, but I'm wondering if there isn't a work around for having each individual member of the grounds crew enter their own hours. Being out in all kinds of weather is not good for an iPad, so we've chosen to give them to the supervisors only at this time. Does anyone have ideas on how best to track these hours? Was thinking of making a "technician" named "Crew2" for 2 people, "Crew3" for 3 people, etc. but not sure that's the right direction. Also wondering, if I had a 4 man crew and tried to put more than 24 hours in for a day, how the system would handle that. All ideas/input will be appreciated!
