We are about to hand iPads out to our technicians and I am looking for
ways to make sure they know what they are doing right off the bat. Can
anyone recommend a report that can be run weekly to let me and the guys
know if the data they are entering is actually being captured?
This is a
concern because twice I've had guys hitting the "done" button on their
iPhone after entering hours, instead of the "go" button.
This wipes the hours out altogether.
Just looking for a way to make
sure, on my end, that everyone is using it properly. Thanks!
