In short, a lot! SchoolDude University has introduced several new cool and exciting things we’re doing to improve our products, website and client experience. The common thread across all of our changes is our dedication to education.
Today, at SchoolDude University, Lee Prevost, President, introduced new items, products and services SchoolDude has worked diligently on over the past few months to improve our clients’ success. Here are just a few of the announcements:
- Investment in infrastructure and product upgrades – The development team is rebuilding several of SchoolDude’s applications to improve the user experience, such as a personalization function to allow you to make certain fields required based on your school’s needs. Additionally, the products will have a responsive design to scale to any device size. “Whether you use a Smartphone, tablet or any other device, the product interface will scale to fit your specific device,” said Dan McLaughlin, Director of Product Development.
- Mobile App – Based on requests from many clients, we have created a mobile app that will make the user experience more seamless. With this app, you and your team no longer have to log in with saved authentication ability and you can receive all notifications through our new app, in additional to notifications via email and text message.
- Integration with ArbiterGame – ArbiterSports and SchoolDude have partnered to release an integrated solution available June 2013. This solution will enable you to schedule an athletic event through ArbiterGame, then schedule facilities, transportation and other service requests through SchoolDude without having to enter data twice due to automatic communication between SchoolDude and ArbiterGame.
- SchoolDude Community – Our new site will be released May 2013 to provide a single point of entry for you to use your products, find resources and engage with our new community, the largest network of education professionals in the world. In SchoolDude’s community, find out how you compare to your peers in work order management, learn best practices from schools close to you and post your tips and tricks to share with others.
“Our clients provide us great feedback and we’ve worked hard to implement their wishes. Our technological advancements enable schools to achieve success. Our goal is to ensure schools see 10 times more success in the next 3 years than they have to date,” said Lee Prevost to a full room of SchoolDude clients.
