During March 2013, SchoolDude invited 500 facilities and maintenance clients from across the country to participate in a maintenance management survey. The basis of this research was an on-line survey used to capture facilities, maintenance and administrative professionals’ operational challenges and document the benefits produced by utilizing SchoolDude’s suite of maintenance and facility usage solutions. Overall, 94% of survey respondents have seen a 10-15% or more increase in operational efficiency by utilizing our suite of maintenance applications.
Today, we’re highlighting the first question in the survey. It was designed to capture the top educational operational challenges SchoolDude’s maintenance applications solve. 70% of respondents reported inability to track data and reporting consistently, 61% cited no centralized process for streamlining work, 58% claimed non-visibility of demands/needs, 54% reported lack of a preventive maintenance program and 45% claimed slow customer service responsiveness as top operational challenges for their schools.
