I've been a member of the SchoolDude marketing team for over 3 years, and I work with Independent schools and Higher Education institutions. I’ve lived in North Carolina my entire life, but don’t have much of an accent – at least I don’t think I do? I attended NC State University and earned my degree in Communication. I'm active in several clubs within in the community. On the weekend, you’ll find me downtown testing out new restaurants, volunteering or dancing at a local concert.
Kathryn Ward has been an Application Engineer for SchoolDude since 2011. Kathryn provides world-class support and works closely with our clients to ensure their success, anticipate challenges our clients face, and deliver practical solutions to overcome them.
I spent Wednesday, August 28, with Steve Bolli and his awesome team at Galloway Township Public Schools in New Jersey. They have been part of the SchoolDude family since 2002 and use both MaintenanceDirect and PMDirect. They were already power users but knew there is always room to grow and improve. I focused most of our energy on helping them trend and report better. We also spent time talking about best practices for utilizing the technician view and even practiced using it on the iPad (see picture).
The Galloway team is hoping to up the ante this coming year by adding InventoryDirect. They believe this next step will allow them to accurately track what consumables are going and coming. They are also hoping to save time on PMs since the inventory will not have to be entered each time. Steve along with Lisa and Larry have a bit of homework after our visit, but are eager to narrow their craft list and add purposes, projects, classifications, and types to improve their reports. It was very apparent what hard working folks Steve has on his team at Galloway, and what a difference they are making in the students’ lives!
