As Chief Information and Strategy Officer for the Santa Fe Public School District in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the chair-elect for the Consortium of School Networking (CoSN), Tom Ryan is an education professional with 36+ years of experience and expertise in teaching, leadership, technology, technology integration and blended/online learning program development. Dr. Ryan has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and also served as a teacher, high school principal and 11 years as a CIO of a 90,000 student school district. He works with schools leadership on strategic planning and leadership, designing digital learning environments, technology infrastructure reviews, and the shift to digital tools through the eLearn Institute.
