Communicating safety plans is a top priority for us, as well as our client Palmer Trinity School, an Episcopal day school in Southern Florida. SchoolDude’s Nick Mirisis had the opportunity to share with Christian School Products how the school has used our CrisisManager mobile safety app to communicate the most accurate and up-to-date emergency preparedness plans to staff via their smartphones.
In the article, Mirisis said:
“Previously, the school used paper-based crisis plans, which were cumbersome and quickly outdated once printed. Relying on mobile technology, Palmer Trinity School’s administrators are now able to frequently update imperative safety resources, e.g., crisis meeting locations, new building diagrams, and phone number detail. This helps guarantee that during an actual crisis, when response time is critical, school staff has access to the most thorough and up-to-date emergency contact details, guidelines and procedures.”
