Outside vendors have been set up as "requesters" in our account. We rely on SD's automated notification to alert the vendor (pest control/laundry equipment services, etc.) of a service call. As we fine-tune the process, we have come to realize that the location does not appear in the "WO Assigned" SD automated notification email sent to the requester. Therefore, our staff must remember to include the location in the work order's description. In order to streamline the process, it would be most efficient if the location was automatically included as part of the description. Thank you for considering this suggestion.
