We had an issue where a bldg. user changed the status of a schedule to "Approved", but when I went to the date, it was marked canceled. Whoever canceled the date did not send the emails, so when I changed the status to canceled and saved, the system sent emails. The date is tomorrow, the group had planned to use the facilities and are now calling, and we do not know who originally canceled the schedule. I would like to see a feature where the schedule records "who and when" anytime changes are made to a schedule.
