Hi Douglas, thanks for the great idea! I can certainly understand why your Service Providers would only want to see events with setup requirements. The filters on the Calendar page are not customizable at this time. There are a couple of different ways that we might be able to work around this; on the Service Provider’s Home Page, they will have an Upcoming Events section. This will show them a list of events happening over the next 7 days and all of the setup requirements are noted with an asterisk right there. They could also continue what they are doing by using the Day View of the calendar, but then they can click “Print This”; an option will come up to print the page and they can check a box to “Print Event Tasks”. If they do this, it will pull up a PDF document with the day’s events listed and if the events have setup requirements, they will be listed in bold on that page, so they are a little easier to see. If they would like to receive a report with all of the daily events and setup requirements, they could use the Advanced Search option to choose their filters, and then click “Save and Search Now” at the bottom of this screen. This would allow them to create a Saved Action, which they can they configure to email them the report on a daily basis. Please let me know if you have any questions!
