We starting using Trip Direct in School Dude a few years ago as more automated process for tracking, scheduling, and reporting of school field trips. However, we are having to do some tracking of our driver availability as well as the number of times we have used a particular driver in a spreadsheet outside of the Trip Direct system. It may be helpful if the point system for drivers were expanded to include more than a 1 week time frame. Perhaps the point system should include a 1 month time frame instead. Also, it would be extremely helpful if Trip Direct could keep track of the drivers removed from a trip when they decline a trip. We are currently keeping written notes to keep track of this information. Additionally, it would be nice to have a way to add notes to the SchoolDude automated email that goes out to the drivers upon assigment. This way we could make them aware of pertinent information about a specific trip. Please let me know if there is anyway this can be available through Trip Direct.
