I know right now the driver weight point system looks at one week intervals to help determine if a driver goes over 40 hours a week.

If you change the status of a Trip to Cancelled, instead of Declined, the Driver is not removed. So you could run a report for all Drivers associated with Cancelled Trips.

Driver Start Location or Driver End Location are both on the automatic email generated to drivers once the trip is activated. You could possibly use those fields to insert a message into the automatic email notification.

That being said, you bring up some good ideas. Thanks for sharing.
