I wanted to see if many other people would benefit from this idea. Currently our technicians do monthly PM vehicle checkoffs. We just implemented inputting usage transactions to track the mileage usage on school dude. I am required to give a mileage report to our Business department regularly. We have about 30 vehicles, and whenever I need to run that mileage report, I have to Shift+click some, and ctrl+click the rest. It takes a little while, and if I click something wrong, I have to start over. I personally thought it would be a great idea to save usage transaction reports, so then on the click of a saved report, I can run the current mileage for our vehicles every month, and hand it over to business for their needs.
