Sandy, I want to thank you for your idea. These fields are hard coded on our PDF reports and would affect all reports in the system. While we welcome your idea, I wanted to give you a solution that you can employ right now.
Every Report and the Advanced Search in UtilityDirect can be given a Custom Title and Saved. It is the last step when running the report or advanced search. After you have gone through and chosen your criteria and format (PDF or Excel), you can enter a "Saved Report Title." On the PDF version, it will appear at the top and take place of the generic report name. In the Excel version, you would have to do a "Save As" and rename it when saving it to your computer. However, you can also have the system send the report out to you under Saved Actions on the Home Page. Once you find the report you have saved, you can then click on the "New" link under Schedule, fill out the frequency and recipients, and save the schedule. The report will be sent to you on an ongoing basis and can be edited.
