So I had a general idea that I was surprised I have not seen to much dissuasion on. In our school district we have multiple district personal that print there work orders out to keep track of notes while they are in the field. When I was glancing through the Work Order Layout field in the in Account Information kink under the Account Setup Tab, I noticed on key thing. We have multiple personal that prefer WO 1 to WO 3. The reason we use WO 3 is because of the listed information, however WO 1 is much easier to read (ex. The work order # in the top left corner is much easier to read compared to WO 2 and WO3). Also could we get more information included in form 1 (Requesters e-mail, number, etc.). Just an ideas for thought that I think all would appreciate. Thanks!
