We have a gread deal of not-for-profit organizations using our facilities and would like to make sure that they retain their status from one to the next. I would like to have the program track this for me in much the same way it tracks the insurance certificates. My thought is that I would like a category for "Form 990" (which is the form the IRS requires not-for-profit organizations to submit annually) which would have a box for the year the 990 was submitted and an expiration date. Please feel free to call me to discuss (914-422-2051). The organization would be required to send us just the first 2 pages of the form to us as proof that they met the IRS requirement.
This is fairly important to us as we have in excess of 500 organizations using our facilities and do not have the manpower to manually track this.
Please respond as to whether or not this is a possibiiity.
