Thank you for posting to our community. You are correct that the MSB Tag No field does not appear in the Incident advanced search. However you do have two options depending on what you wish to accomplish. If you want to find assets with specific tag number, you can perform an asset advanced search by going to: Advanced Search -> Shortcuts -> Asset Search. From there you can search by Tag Number. If you wish to find tickets with the MSB Tag No applied to them, you can setup a query for any ticket where MSB Tag No " ". Then choose to display MSB Tag No in the results (plus any additional fields you wish). You can save this query to be run at any time. It will only display tickets where the MSB Tag No field is not blank. Exporting to excel will allow you to then filter or sort based on your preferences.
