In setting up hours of availability in Account Setup the hours selected are for the entire week, Mon-Sun.
For our needs we must have a separation of hours by individual days as our city Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has different usage hours on different days of the week, especially on the weekends.
Ideally I'd suggest that for universal needs hours are setup separately for all 7 days of the week.
Probably the next most valuable might be Mon-Fri and then individually Saturday and Sunday.
And...being that we are all schools you may wish to consider another grouping which is by month. Some schools may have different hours Sept-June than July and August.
Last week I was made aware that a major multi-school event is being held at our school at an early hour on Sunday when legally we can't hold events....we have a big challenge on our hands and limitations in SchoolDude would have prevented this way up front.
