(Voting Open) FSDirect - Can't Remove a Date, Must Cancel the Date Instead

Thanks for your idea. I have opened the post up for voting!

The reason that cancelled events show with an "x" on the calendar is to preserve the integrity of the data that was originally entered on a schedule. That way if a requester enters a schedule with several dates and some are cancelled by an administrator, they can see that directly on the calendar. If the event is removed completely, they may think they just forgot to add it which can cause some confusion.
