It would be helpful to report the status of both original requests
as well the status of the newly attached ticket on forwarded requests. It is difficult reconciling shared work on
forwarded tickets. Often projects ping-pong
between ITD and MD, one ticket waiting on another ticket to close before work
can be performed. To action work on
pending or forwarded tickets we periodically click each ticket scroll to the
bottom to check status for Closed.
Reporting on both statuses would be helpful in meetings. Thanks
