We would love more flexibility in setting-up email notifications for service providers. We have multiple sites and lots of people servicing each one. It would help us a lot of to be able to have more choices for who gets notifications under what circumstances.
For example, my A/V team at one site is made up of three people who collectively decide who will teach each event depending on everyone's schedules. Currently, I have to set-up an email group for the three people and have the FSDirect notification sent there, and then our email provider distributes it. It's an extra step that we'd love to take out, especially because it creates more work when people leave/join the organization.
