Right now all my community use requesters must enter in CU before each event to help differentiate between inside and outside events. For the most part there are no issues as we tend to have a good checks and balances between each of our campuses and the individuals who are the front end school dude users.
However, an easy fix would be to assign ALL Community use Requests to show up in a different color. Instead of the standard black wording, Community use could be in "RED" as to be strikingly different from inside requests.
What do you say? Does this make sense?
