Yvette, One thing you can do if the calendar feature to click on the date is taking too much time, is to type out the date instead.

You can put 01182014 in the Start Date and then Tab to the End Date on your keyboard. Once you Tab out of the field, it will format it as 01/18/2014. you could then enter the end date, 02182014 as an example, and it would then be formatted to 02/18/2014. This way you can enter data faster without having to click into the calendar to select the date for the start or end dates. If you ever need to go back on a line to a previous field, you can hold down the SHIFT key and TAB and it will take you backwards through the Bill Entry page.
