Crafts listed should be able to go to more than 1 email address
Hi David, thanks for posting this idea! I've opened it up for voting. What I would recommend is setting up a generic user (such as email@example.com) in FSDirect as a Service Provider. You could then route the Audio Visual craft to that user. Once you've set up the user and the routing, your IT Department could create that mailbox and have it forward to all of the people who need to receive the email notification; this would fall within the parameters to route to one user but would also allow multiple people to receive the email notification.

At the present time the FSD system only allows a single email address to receive "Craft notices/notifications." It would be very helpful to be able to send to multiple emails (for a single craft) as we have the need here specifically for A/V and Event Setup, amongst others. I'm sure others also have this challenge.
Also, if the system is going to allow only 1 email address than I would recommend that it not allow a 2nd one to be entered on FSD for that craft (and likewise an "error" message would pop up). If this isn't possible (or not a good idea) than I'd recommend that prioritization is by the last name, not the first.
