Chronological sorting in Events Calandar Report
The Summary Report (1st option) does sort all the events by Date. However, it doesn't group by Location.
I see what you're talking about with the Summary 2 report- it's grouping by Location, then sorting by Date first and Area/Room second.
We'd need to add a new sorting option to the report- so thank you for submitting this idea.
For now you can try the Summary report or some clients are using the Advanced Search to get a list of tasks.
When running an Event Calendar Report organization wide, I select my reporting period, Summary Report 2-sort by Area/Room, Print Event Tasks and PDF. When I print this to send to my staff, it sorts by each location fine, but the dates are not sorted chronologically within each location. Makes it difficult to look at one day at a time. Is there a fix for this, maybe in the back end of the programming code?
