Add user and time stamp to the "Action" field
Matt, thank you for taking the time to share your Idea with us. I can see where having the Action Taken section populate with user identification and a time stamp would add increased visibility of ticket history. I look forward to hearing from your peers on this Idea and have opened it for voting.
When a resource enters what they did in the action field, it would nice to be able to click a button to populate the action field with the time stamp and user ID, then put the cursor at the end to allow the resource to type what they did. This way if multiple resources are working on a common ticket, the work done will be separated by user and in chronological order.
