The home page provides quick access to all schedules and reports. Tabs at the top of the page, along with a quick search and advanced search, allow you to easily navigate the system
>> Month Calendar View
You can easily filter all calendar views by Location, Building, Area, Room, Organization and Status. Simply click on the event titles to view details, as well as to approve, cancel or make changes to the schedules.
>> New Schedule Page
Three types of schedules (Regular, Recurring and Irregular) can be created, providing the flexibility you need to schedule a variety of events.
>> Approve Schedule Requests
Automatic routing can be setup to send facility requests directly to approval managers. This provides the flexibility you need to address your unique approval process. Once a schedule has been routed to the approval manager, it can easily be processed from this page.
>> Check Availability
You can check availability for multiple rooms and dates. Also, conflict warnings are provided throughout the approval process to prevent double booking, and conflicts can be managed on the "Conflicts" page.
>> Fee Tables
You can set up standard schedule fees for invoicing.
>> Invoice
Invoices can be automatically generated for facility usage events, including invoicing terms, PO number, deposit, organization, billing information and line item charges
