New Clients: What to Expect
As soon as you purchase a SchoolDude product, we immediately begin arranging everything you'll need to become successful. Within 48 hours, your account is activated and you’ll be contacted by one of our resource specialists to schedule your online trainings. You may immediately contact client services as soon and as often as you like with any questions.
Personalized, customized training sessions then are scheduled between the members of your organization who will serve as product administrators and our trainers. Then, you may either decide to train additional staff members yourselves, or have SchoolDude train them via online sessions, or use a mixture of both.
