SchoolDude.com Captures Another Best Places to Work Award
Triangle Business Journal Recognizes Company's Employee-Friendly Setting for Fourth Time
CARY, NC (September 22, 2009) - SchoolDude.com, the nation's leading provider of on-demand software designed exclusively for educational facility, technology and business operations, today announced that the Raleigh, NC based Triangle Business Journal has recognized the company as one of the top six best businesses to work for in North Carolina's Triangle-area for the fourth consecutive year. Competing with applicants from around the region, Cary-based SchoolDude ranked second in the mid-sized business category.
Part of an annual Triangle Business Journal program, the Best Places to Work Award recognizes local companies' achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and corporate culture. Awards are presented based on results of employee surveys conducted by the publication.
"The SchoolDude team continues to lead the way in helping education professionals better manage operations, having consistently experienced high growth, despite a down economy," said Lee Prevost, president and co-founder of SchoolDude.com. "Of all our accomplishments, though, this award is perhaps the one I'm the most proud of because it validates a core philosophy at SchoolDude—to build a company where our people can build a career. With a team that truly believes in the mission of improving education through efficient operations management, our employees want to make careers in this fun, purpose-centered environment. I believe this award validates that our philosophy and our mission are on track."
