CARY, NC (October 1, 2007) — SchoolDude.com, the nation's leading provider of on-demand software designed exclusively for educational facility, technology and business operations, today announced that the Raleigh, NC based Triangle Business Journal has recognized the company as the "best place to work" among medium-sized businesses in North Carolina's Triangle-area. One of 149 applicants, the Cary-based company surpassed last year's second place finish in the mid-size category by securing this year's top spot.

Part of an annual Triangle Business Journal program, the Best Places to Work Award recognizes local establishments' achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of company culture, working conditions and benefits. Awards are presented based on results of employee surveys conducted by the publication.

"This award means more than all the other awards and accomplishments that we've achieved combined," said Lee Prevost, president and co-founder of SchoolDude.com. "We are humbled, respectful and grateful for this vote of confidence our employees have bestowed on the company."

Those who received a 2007 Best Places to Work Award were honored at a ceremony at the Embassy Suites in Cary on September 27th, 2007.
