A Responsibility to Service

SchoolDude's mission was to save America's educational institutions $1 billion in operational savings by 2010.  We have already well surpassed that goal -- and we're not stopping now!

We passionately believe that technology is a tool that, when coupled with good leadership and management processes, can help solve some of the budget and staffing challenges plaguing America's educational institutions.

We don't think you have to be a big company to donate your time, money or products -- you only need to have a big heart and passion.

The "Good Dude" Initiative

• 1% employee working time donation to the community
• 1% profit donation to support education and technology
• 1% product donation to under-served and rural educational institutions to increase their efficiency
• Technology donations to non-profit organizations

Recent "Good Dude" Work

• Duke Children's Hospital Telethon
• UNC Children's Hospital Telethon
• Salvation Army Angel Tree program
• Technology donations to the Boys & Girls Home of North Carolina
• Donation of more than $50,000 to support the Charlie McGinnis Preventative Maintenance Technical Trade Scholarship Fund
• Donation of more than $90,000 in free software to Weldon City Public Schools and Roanoke Rapids Graded School District, both located in Halifax County in the northeastern part of North Carolina.
