WhippleHill partnered with SchoolDude to help streamline their event management processes, as well as other support services for independent school clients.

Helping private schools improve the efficiency of their event management processes is the first area of the partnership's focus. A two-phase integration will enable exchange of event-related data between WhippleHill's Podium platform and SchoolDude's FSDirect facility usage scheduling system. Phase one will allow calendar items scheduled via SchoolDude's FSDirect system to be published in the WhippleHill calendar. The second phase will enable school professionals to submit facility event requests to FSDirect via Podium. This system integration will allow all event management information to be housed in one location, eliminating double data entry and the need to compare multiple calendars to view all events scheduled across a school's campus.
